Trainig on the ice (twice a day):
- Group training: Individual technique, powerskating, puck guiding, shooting
- Division training: Special training (goalies, defencemen, forwards)
- All-the-rink playing techniques
Training out of the ice (twice a day):
- Aerobics and stretching with professional instructor
- Fitball exercises with professional instructors
- Developing the complex of kinetic skills and abilities (court, hall)
- Improving of shooting out of the rink
- Keep-fit preparation (exercising with the own weight)
Regeneration and relax:
- Remedial exercises, swimming pool
- All-day drinking regime

Technical preparation:
- Videoanalysis
- Studies of a training unit and removing the defects in the playing action
Rest in the afternoon, Wednesday:
- Sport competitions, swimming
- Roasting, sitting by fire
Training units range:
- 1 training unit on the ice takes 60 to 75 min.
- 1 training unit out of the ice takes 60 to 90 min.
- Theory, videoanalysis – 2 to 3 hours
- Swimming pol – 3 hours
Total on the ice: 15 to 17 hours
Total out of the ice: 15 hours
