The team will run as group of main trainer and assistants. Trainers will lead trainings both on the ice rink and out of it. They will care about technical studies and videoanalysis.

     During the summer course, there will be individual phases leaded by relevant specialists. Professional aerobic instructor and powerskating trainer will take place too.

     Two supervisors will manage assigned group in free time. They will also take care of the group out of training processes. They will mantain proper fare, accomodation and drinking regime during the day and training process.

     Coach team will divide participants into groups according to age category and corresponding performance. Training phases will run inside the individual groups. Each group will be assigned to a trainer and three assistants.

     Accomodation is optional and realized in Hotel Piestany. In order of relax, there are various sport competitions and roasting by fire on the schedule.
